Currently a Corporate Advisor to Companies in building the organisation, financial structuring and Independent Director in few Public Limited Companies.
He was Managing Director of Westend Housing Finance Limited for a short span.
He had more than 27 years of career at Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) where he was Group CFO and Head HR (Chairman of Management committee) .During his tenure he scaled the Business of Stock Holding from US$4mn to US$ 400 million with Asset under Custody (AUC) at US$ 700 billion. At Stock Holding, he alsoheaded the Custodial Services business and set up the Retail Financial Services Distribution (DP, Broking, Derivatives, eStamping, Mutual Fund Bond and Loan Distribution) with more than 250 offices across the country. He also spearheaded the organisation’s Digital Transformation and was instrumental in various strategic initiatives in setting up subsidiaries (including being on their board) which augmented the growth of the group.

Aditya has been an outstanding contributor to the success of navigate HR. He has been instrumental in improving our customer delivery operations through very detailed and systematic processes. Aditya has also done a certification course in cyber security and now he takes care of business development of our cybersecurity products and services and various psychometric and other assessment tests.
